Once the central hub of coronavirus is planning to return to its normal state of livelihood with the implementation of unlock phase 4. The owners of restaurants, bars and pubs thought that this phase will bring relief to them, but nothing of this sort happened. Entering into Phase-4 was marked as a day of celebration as the complete city would return to their normal lifestyle after the devastating outbreak of corona virus.
But this phase did not remove the pause which was implemented on restaurants and bars. While addressing the New Yorkers the officials said “We must not forget that our city has witnessed maximum destruction because of Covid-19 and hence we must implement more restrictions than any other state even after the curve of corona virus affected people have flattened.
Taking this situation into consideration restaurants and bars remained closed. According to the announcement which was made on late Friday by the Gov. Andrew M. Coumo and Mayor Bill De Blasio, the city would be entering to the 4th phase of unlock in which the parks, zoos and botanical Gardens would be opened for the citizens. Adding to it is the other statement came which states that the museums as well as the indoor dining of the state will still remain banned even in phase 4.
At the end the officials of city as well as state passed a comment “We are happy to announce the unlock of the city but at the same time we are suffering from stress that what we will do if the corona virus again outbreaks in the city.
