(BPRW) New York State’s largest African American Chamber LIAACC Celebrates 15 Years of Service and Impact in New York State

(Black PR Wire) New York, New York – New York State largest African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC) celebrates 15 Years of Service and Impact in New York State. LIAACC was founded in 2010 by its Former Chairman John L. Scott. * (deceased) During the last 15 years the chamber has impacted the current and future growth on small business in New York State. 

The chamber has continued to bring innovative programs to its service territories which include the counties of Kings, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk. 

Under the leadership of its membership Chairman Deon Brown the chamber has increased membership significantly since its founding in October of 2010.  The chamber’s initial public meeting was held in the Village of Hempstead. 

Since Rose Ward was named the Vice President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. her skillset and mindset has added significant value and growth potential to the chamber of commerce. 

She is the owner of Nfocus Management Group, LLC, a SCORE Counselor, and who has prior experience working with chambers of commerce in the United States. 

Recently Rose Ward was honored as one Long Island Business News Top 50 Influential Women of Long Island honorees which added her to the group of mover and shakers on Long Island.

Andre Ward of the Tarmac Group Consultant addition to the chamber provides training to small business owners in the area of Outsourced Sales, and Business Consulting.  

His company works with new entrepreneurs, new insurance agents, new brand owners, community colleges, adult and continuing education programs, universities, community colleges, adult continuing education programs, business enrichment program, prison re-entry programs, and non-profit organizations.

He holds a degree in business management from Virginia State University and is an emerging Hempstead-based leader.

He holds a degree from the Reginald Lewis School of Business at Virginia State University has added his consulting skills and operational knowledge to the chamber and helping to shape the future of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce.
