Trump garnered more support among those with lower family incomes in the South Carolina Republican primary, according to exit polls. He had the support of roughly three-quarters of voters with incomes of less than $50,000, compared with about 6 in 10 of those with incomes between $50,000 and $99,999. Haley did best among Republican voters in the state with incomes of $100,000 or more, garnering under half of those voters.
