ThinkBio.Ai has acquired UK’s InfoHealth Solutions, which provides hospital asset management software and supports 19 NHS Trusts with more than 30 active installations.
Following the acquisition, InfoHealth will retain its brand identity as InfoHealth Solutions – a ThinkBio.Ai company.
This acquisition enables ThinkBio.Ai to introduce its suite of solutions, including Advice&Guide, Patient Panorama, and Healia, to the UK healthcare sector.
The platforms are designed to enhance operational resilience and support resource planning for both NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers.
Patient Panorama functions as a unified clinical intelligence dashboard, integrating predictive insights, patient data, and care workflows.
The AI-driven virtual care platform Healia enhances clinical efficiency and patient engagement.
Advice&Guide offers AI-based clinical guidance to improve patient care delivery, optimise general practitioners (GP) referrals, and reduce pressure on hospitals.
ThinkBio.Ai founder and CEO Pradeep Palazhi said: “InfoHealth has built deep expertise and trust with the NHS through decades of operational excellence. By combining this foundation with ThinkBio’s AI capabilities, we aim to be a significant player in the UK healthcare market in the coming years.”
InfoHealth clients will continue to benefit from seamless services improved by ThinkBio’s AI approach.
Both companies intend to launch advanced tools aimed at improving hospital asset efficiency, predicting equipment failures and streamlining maintenance schedules.
InfoHealth CEO Rassal M said: “Joining ThinkBio allows us to accelerate our mission to serve the NHS with future-ready solutions. Our combined expertise will help hospitals meet rising patient demands with greater reliability and intelligence.”
The agreement broadens ThinkBio’s international presence, underscoring its dedication to advancing next-generation healthcare infrastructure solutions throughout the UK, the US, and beyond.
