Oh, another net approach from Djokovic and another point he subsequently loses. His wrists go down too early for the volley and it skews down and into net. Beautifully constructed point, really poor execution at the end.
And again, Djokovic has the opportunity for a winner but it goes long. 40-15… but Alcaraz narrowly pulls one wide. He challenges, but the call (of course) was right. The officials are so sharp.
40-30 now, big serve unreturned, called out, Alcaraz challenges again, he’s wrong again! And better from Djokovic, who smacks it into the corner, Alcaraz loops it up, Djokovic with a nice volley into the corner where Alcaraz came from as he sprinted to the other side, winner. Deuce.
