(Black PR Wire) In recognition and in celebration of Economic Development Week, the Collective Empowerment Group of South Florida, Inc. (CEG), in conjunction with City National Bank, will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The event will serve to commemorate the special day of Rai Johnson (the new homeowner), and CEG’s milestone of completing its first homebuyer purchase. The event will be held at the newly constructed home at 4420 NW 30th Avenue in Miami, Florida.
Highlights of the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will include: Remarks by the Honorable Mayor Daniella Levine Cava (invited), Commissioner Keon Hardemon (invited), and Dr. Joaquin Willis, President of CEG. Other speaking guests include Dr. Eric Jones, Pastor of Koinonia, and Rev. Alphonso Jackson, Jr., Executive Pastor at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Michele Edwards-Collie, Executive, City National Bank, will be participating in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Master of Ceremony is Rev. Gaston E. Smith. Refreshments will be served.
