Live updates: Supreme Court to issue decisions, with Trump immunity, Jan. 6 rioters and more in the mix

The Supreme Court on Thursday will issue more end-of-the-term rulings, potentially including whether Donald Trump is immune from prosecution in his federal election-interference case, whether Jan. 6 rioters may be charged with obstruction and whether federal regulatory agencies should have some of their powers trimmed back. On Wednesday, the court rejected a Republican effort to sharply limit when the federal government can ask social media platforms to take down problematic content, saying the lawsuit was brought by plaintiffs who lacked legal standing. The court also inadvertently posted a ruling it has not yet announced that, while litigation continues, would allow emergency abortions to stabilize patients in states where the procedure is banned.
