Former Florida governor Jeb Bush (R) was right when he said then-presidential candidate Donald Trump was a chaos candidate who would be a chaos president. With the GOP conference devouring its own, as reported in the Oct. 5 news article “House Republicans are sick of Gaetz, and they’re not being quiet about it,” it’s clear the makeover of the Republican Party in Mr. Trump’s image is complete. Like the chaos candidate and president, the Republican Party is now a chaos party.
